Bound with 90's industrial synth lines, vibey Trip-Hop beats, and emotionally charged vocals, "Raine Vivian" takes on New York City with an eclectic live line up featuring Tomaso Capuano on effects driven bass, Arnaud Ivan Sponar on pulsing drums, Philip Lorelle on unconventional turntables, and Justin Stant on screeching guitar.
A project originally from Santa Fe New Mexico, the music has a wide range of harsh but melodic sounds, backed by haunting piano and complex layers of vocals.
Raine Vivian relocated to New York in 2011. Following the release of the single "Freedom", the EP "Tied Up" will be realeased on Aug 10th, and a full LP which in in works.
"They want it hard and fast but, we can do it slow. We can fade the scars and bruises we display, and what should have came to past; I'll never know, But I worked to hard and long for this just to throw it all away."
